Rent is £1,200 pm and includes a 24-hour concierge, secure underground bike parking, access to a fully-equipped gym and pool on a neighbouring building, and the BEST view in London. Shared living area is large, bright, and airy. There are two ovens (incl. a microwave) and plenty of space for multiple people preparing dinner. There’s also a wine fridge, built in coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and ample cupboard space.

Approximately 3 minutes from Manor House tube station, one stop from the Victoria Line with easy access to all of London. Also great open-water swimming, a climbing centre, a nature reserve, and one of the best parks in London on your doorstep.

Room is part-furnished and has a large built-in wardrobe. Other pieces of furniture can stay but tbd. En-suite has a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail, and toilet with Japanese-style bidet. The room’s windows are east-facing meaning it doesn’t get as blasted by the sun in these hot days and can be comparatively cooler than the rest of the flat.

Bills covering all utilities, council tax, and a weekly cleaner are around £175 pm.

Housemates are quiet, fun, and professional. One is a GP, and a couple from NZ work in the charity sector and fintech.
