Looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home by Woodberry Lakes, near Manor House station!

We’re two professionals working as architects, in our late twenties and early thirties, looking for someone considerate, tidy and easygoing to join our home for the long term.

The flat 🏠

The flat is a modern, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, with one of the bedrooms having its own ensuite. We have a large living room, a modern kitchen, and a gym for keeping active. Located right next to Woodberry Lakes, it’s a lovely spot for walks, getting some fresh air and enjoying a bit of greenery while still being in London.

The room comes furnished, so you’ll be able to settle in without too much hassle.

And of course, there’s Kenny 🐈, our resident cat, who is an important member of the household. Being comfortable around cats is a must!

Who we’re looking for ✨

Ideally, we’d love to find another full-time professional who is super tidy, respectful, mature and polite. Good communication is important to us, and we’d love someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and treats the flat as a home, not just somewhere to sleep.

We enjoy a balance of being sociable and having our own space, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy to chat and hang out now and then, but equally respects everyone’s independence. We’d ideally prefer a female housemate, but we’re open to hearing from guys too.
