I (Mark) am looking for someone to take my room in a spacious 3 bedroom flat with 2 other professionals. I am anticipating to move out around the middle of December (all things progressing well with the purchase of my flat).

This is a wonderful flat that I am devastated to be leaving. The two flatmates (described below) are wonderful humans that I consider to be very close friends and I have no doubt you'll be very happy living here with them. The flat itself is also an absolute dream and I swear the sauna has de-aged me by five years!

ROOM: 1 spacious double bedroom with an en-suite. The room is fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, 2x bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also some furniture (bookshelves, storage cabinet and TV stand as seen in the images) that I am likely looking to sell.

FLAT: Fully fledged kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a saucy little wine fridge.
The entire flat has underfloor heating with individual thermostats in all rooms, but honestly, we barely turn the heating on as the flat is extremely well insulated.
It is a 1st floor flat of Rivulet Apartments in the amazing area of Woodberry Down, with a balcony off the living room overlooking the private resident only shared garden and East Reservoir.
Whilst the flat does not come with its own parking space, there may be a possibility of renting a space off of other residents privately in the secure underground car park.
AMMENITIES: 24/7 concierge that comes handy when you order lots of packages! Rent includes access to a residents-only gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There are also some free classes available in the gym studio (e. g. Yoga, HIIT).


NEARBY: Manor House tube station (Piccadilly line, zone 2/3) is 9 mins away and Stamford Hill overground is 14 mins away.
Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Express, Asian minimart and a corner shop, Italian restaurant and coffee shop all around 1 min away. Clissold Park is located in the buzzing area of Stoke Newington with lots of cute little family-run restaurants.

FLATMATES: Marc is an engineer working in the automotive industry who likes to spend his time outdoors, is frequently at the Climbing Castle (when he’s not injured), loves cooking and likes to have people over (for quiet nights).

Suzy is a garment technologist who adores a glass or three of wine, a B-rate chick flick, and dubiously dancing to various music genres.

I adore both of these humans - we have become a mini family in the 4 1/2 years I have lived here. As such, we are only considering people who are equally invested in making this flat a home. It is genuinely a wrench to be leaving - you will not find a better flat or group of people within it.


Bills come to around £160 per month on top of rent that include electricity, water, heating, high speed broadband and council tax.
