Spacious Double Room with Balcony, Finsbury Park

We have a room available in N4, in the Woodberry Down new build complex, overlooking the West reservoir.

About the flat/room:
- Located within a 5 minute walk of Manor House tube station, the reservoir (which you can swim in) and a few minutes walk to coffee shops, Finsbury Park and Sainsbury’s. Also within a 15 minute walk to Clissold Park, Finsbury Park station and Stoke Newington.
- Largest room in the flat, with a European King sized bed and direct access to the balcony
- 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and on the top floor (5th) of the building
- The living room and balcony gives you panoramic views of London, and we also have garden access and bike storage
- Bills are roughly £135 pm

We are three friends - 2 of us work in central London and one has just started a Masters. We are very friendly, social and easygoing.

You will be living with Alfie and Meg, replacing me. Meg has just started a Masters in Journalism. She is very active - frequently using the reservoir for swimming and also plays rugby too.
Alfie is a sustainability consultant and is also very active - he plays football and American football weekly.

Our landlord is incredibly responsive. We haven’t had many issues at all but he’s been very quick to sort anything out or answer any questions.

The photos are from when we moved into the flat in April, but as you’ll see if you come to view, it’s all still very similar.
