Hi! I'm the current flatmate. I work full-time, so my weekdays are fairly busy, and I keep a regular routine. I'm quite a homebody with quiet interests – reading, visiting exhibitions and finding nice cafés – but I'm easy-going and always happy to chat or hang out at the weekend.

I'm looking for someone who is:
- Tidy and considerate in shared spaces
- Quiet-ish, with a fairly regular routine
- Not hosting frequent parties or overnight guests (occasionally is totally fine!)

A female flatmate would be preferred, but male is also welcome. It would be lovely if we became friends, but I'm equally happy with a friendly flatshare where we each have our own space.
