Only available on move out date of previous tenants (January 3rd). Property has HMO license for 4 people so looking for a couple to replace flatmates that are moving out.

Specifically looking for professionals with regular working hours who are sociable, clean and respectful of noise :)
- Planning to stay for at least a year is preferable!
