2 month sublet in warehouse, could be longer

We have a 2 month sublet in our warehouse august and September , could potentially be longer / permanent, the room has a big south facing window, that opens for a breeze, and is really bright, double bed, desk, sofa

Our warehouse is a large bright space with a private sun-trap garden to the rear and a front seating area. The living area has desks for working from home, seating area, Huge dinning table and large kitchen space. Perfect space for shared dinners watching films together or after work drinks we are a social friendly bunch, lots of different people and backgrounds, 14 of us in this large space with three bathrooms one with a roll top bath and three rain showers. The warehouse is part of a larger community which is great for making friends and discovering new things.
