The loft room is a split-level space. It would be suitable for a single person or a couple and comprises a lower kitchen diner and upper loft bedroom that are joined by interior stairs.

Everything is included- broadband, WiFi, bills and a weekly cleaner.

The loft room is self-contained with a new kitchenette and all the necessary appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, cooking & hob). The shower, bath, toilet, washing machine and dryer are shared with the other

The communal living area opens onto the garden. The house is on a quiet road off the hubbub of Green Lanes shops, pubs and restaurants.

It is in proximity to Manor House tube (zone 2 Piccadilly Line), as well as convenient access to Overground line and National Rail stations.

We are a relaxed friendly household of two residents- 2 females and a friendly Jack Russell called Megan who visits and belongs to me, the landlady ( has a space in the house which she stays in on an intermittent basis).

This is short term let with friendly long term residents. Furthermore, we share the duties of restocking household supplies and other small chores via a rota and are seeking someone who is tidy and leaves the shared spaces in good order.

Room is available to view from 20th July onwards.
