This is an EN-SUITE ROOM FOR ONE PERSON ONLY, in a large house shared by full-time working professionals.

Everyone in the house works, has their own routine and respects each other’s privacy. It is a quiet and relaxed home, and we are looking for another working professional with the same kind of mentality — someone responsible, clean, respectful and who appreciates peace and quiet.

🛏️ THE ROOM

The room has been converted into an open-plan living/sleeping space and includes:
• Private en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet
• Double mezzanine bed
• Small fridge/freezer
• Microwave
• Built-in wardrobes
• Two additional built-in storage cupboards

The idea is that you have quite a lot of independence and privacy within your own room.

🏠 WHAT DO YOU SHARE?

The main shared areas are the kitchen and laundry area.

Most residents have a fairly independent lifestyle and, as everyone works full-time, the house is generally peaceful.

💷 ALL BILLS INCLUDED

Broadband/Wi-Fi, Council Tax, electricity, gas, water etc. are all included in the rent.

🚆 LOCATION

Manor Park has excellent transport connections and is approximately 12 minutes from Liverpool Street by train.

👔 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are particularly looking for ONE full-time working professional who wants a comfortable and peaceful place to live.

This is NOT a party house. We want someone who will fit naturally into the existing household — working, respectful, easy-going and considerate towards the other residents.
