You'll be sharing the entire house with just one female. The house is situated on a quiet tree-lined road in friendly Manor Park Village right next to the vast green Wanstead Flats.

Forest Gate's cute bars and restaurants a short walk and 15 mins away the quintessentially English Wanstead Village - for cafes, fantastic organic shops, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants and pubs. It's also accessible for all the fabulous cuisines of the East End - if you want a curry - you're sorted here.

a calm, self-aware, considerate, fun, tidy, socially and culturally-interested flatmate, likely in their 30s-50s and a professional / academic / post-graduate student. If you'd like to get involved in the garden, I'd be delighted for your help! It's LGFTQ friendly, though don't want couples. Only for the fully vaccinated please. Smoking is fine in the garden. You must have a photo.

I will consider short-term and Monday to Friday lets. For single person only.

The room
Furnished with a double bed and clothing rail, the room can be tailored to your needs. There's room to add a desk, drawers or bedside tables etc. The room will suit someone who travels reasonably light. The bathroom (with bath, storage and rainfall shower), garden, large fully-equipped dine-in kitchen and large sunny living room are shared spaces. On street permit parking is available for a fee from Newham Council.
