The house is 7 minutes walk from Manor Park station where a journey to Liverpool Street takes 12 minutes or to Stratford 3mins (to grab the Central Line on the same platform). There are night buses as well as overground services, to Ilford, Barking, East Ham etc.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 1 en-suite with the upstairs room, a massive kitchen area/dining area/sitting room, a screen-free yoga/chillout room in the garden, and a food-growing area.

The local gym is a 5 minute walk away, there is a Tesco a 5 minute walk away, and a few pubs and eateries on the main road.

We are looking for sociable and friendly housemates who are full-time working professionals. We like to keep our home relaxed, tidy and comfortable for everyone, where we can rest at the end of a hard day’s work.
