Double room in friendly creative house share

Hi

We are looking for a new flatmate to share our friendly house with. Would suit a female I feel. Definitely looking for someone who enjoys sharing and looking after the place. We have two cats and the garden is sunny all evening. It’s a quiet and homely place.. The room has a view of the garden and gets lovely light in the afternoon and evenings.

The kitchen is long with a table and sofa. There isnt an additional living room as well. Please get in touch if you are kind, thoughtful and don’t leave mess everywhere (unfortunately have to add this).

It’s 5 mins walk to the Elizabeth line, also there’s Wanstead Park overground and East Ham tube is a 15 min walk.
