Manor Park, E12 - not to be confused with Manor House! We're one stop from Forest Gate (2 mins) and just 2–3 stops from Stratford (6 mins), with our own Elizabeth Line station an 8-minute walk from the house, direct to Liverpool Street in around 16 minutes, and Bond Street in about 30.

Manor Park is often overlooked, but genuinely on the doorstep of everything people love about this part of East London, without the price tag that comes with it.
