Brand New Kitichen

Hi, we are looking for some new house mates to join our wonderful home! Ideally a professional, although students also welcome.......

My name is James. its my house and I rent rooms to friends and good people I find on the Internet. I used to live in the house but have moved out to have a family but still want the people in the house to have the same "home" feeling we had when i lived there. Unlike many house shares there is a dedicated lounge.

We are a fun household, but clean and tidy too! We go out together, cook and eat with each other, but also have space for our own lives.

The house is wonderful – I just spent thousands renovating so everything is new and modern! Its traditional with a contemporary feel - it’s an end of terrace Victorian house with huge bay windows and large rooms, new kitchen, bathroom, downstairs shower and toilet, carpet, wallpaper, wood floors, 50” plasma tv, Dolby Digital 5. 1, SKY TV/BT TV, 1000MBPS Broadband.

The rooms on offer are double rooms with huge Victorian bay windows and high ceilings, (one of them is HUGE!!!) they have recently been redecorated and had new furniture installed! You get a desk, a double wardrobe, and a double bed (there is also a spare loft room for guests)

Anyway, I’m not too good at these ad things so just look at the pictures I took of the house and message me via spareroom or call if you want to come and have a look.
