- Can very easily commute to Central London & other key locations.
- TFL - 30min to Liverpool Street (Zone 1) from the house - train every 10min from Manor Park. Oyster/National Rail/Cross Rail

Will be sharing with me (Landlord/house mate). ex muso, used to dance, into philosophy, geopolitics. Currently working online. I have not been in the time of life to party and or heavily socialise, dragged into some big lows, hopping for peace, make and save money and get away from the country for quite some while, hopefully.

Looking ideally for someone reasonable, peaceful and chilled out and easy going. Must be consistently clean and tidy. Smoke Outside.

Potential Lodgers should be aware that the type of people that have enjoyed living here in the past setup the room to be their work, play & chill space.. I personally consider myself to be crashing in his office downstairs.

There is a human friendly cat in the house.

The room is generous in size. The kitchen is a good size with a large gas stove, electric oven and a tall fridge freezer.

The pIctures are old, the condition of the property is now more used, once I can afford to again, I will be re-carpeting at the very least. The property can do with a few upgrades but it is what it is presently.
