You’ll have your own private bathroom and a fully furnished room (large wardrobe, dresser, bed, etc.), plus access to a shared living room, balcony, and TV - perfect for relaxing after work.

🚇 5 minutes to the tube, 11-minute walk to Blackfriars, and 25 minutes to Liverpool Street - super well-connected and ideal if you travel often.

🛍️ You’ll be spoiled for choice with shops nearby: Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Little Waitrose, plus Zara, H&M, Space NK, and more. Food lovers will love Bloomberg Arcade and the many great cafés, bars, and restaurants around 🍝🍸

💸 Rent: £1,325 per month
📊 Bills: approx. £120–£150

🧾 Rent is paid quarterly, but we’re happy to discuss monthly payments with the agency if that’s your preference.

🏠 Move-in date: Flexible- anytime from mid-January to early February. Only new contract, no sublets.

About your flatmate:
You’ll be living with my sister (26), who works near Monument (15-minute walk). She loves riverside walks, cooking, social drinks, and exploring London. She’s been in this flat for a year and in London for over 5- friendly, easygoing, and respectful ☺️
