A spacious double room is available in a lovely 3-bed flat just moments from Hyde Park for a 2-month stay.

The flat is fully furnished and benefits from 3 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lift, and lots of natural light. The location is ideal - just a 5-minute walk to Marble Arch and Edgware Road, with endless cafés, pubs, restaurants, gyms, and wine bars on the doorstep.

You’d be living with two friendly female flatmates aged 27 and 28 – both have a hybrid schedule during the week. We’re looking for someone easygoing who’d enjoy being part of a relaxed, friendly home.

The flat is very much a calm, clean, comfortable home rather than a party flat. We all have our own friendship groups and routines, but enjoy the occasional pub trip, wine bar, Sunday coffee, or dinner at home.

The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage and is available from 1st September to 1st November.

You’ll share a bathroom with one other flatmate. The bathroom has two sinks, so you’ll have your own sink and storage space, which works really well day-to-day.

We’re ideally looking for someone independent, tidy, considerate, and easy to live with - someone who wants a friendly home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

A huge bonus is being so close to Hyde Park and having fantastic transport links across multiple tube lines all within walking distance.
