Private flat during the week. Sharing during the weekend.

The apartment is a two bedrooms duplex flat with terrasse in the heart of Marylebone.
Since the recent event (Covid). I am working out of London. So i won’t be very often here. You will mainly have the flat for you.

It is a big ensuite bedroom with private toilet and bath. Wooden floor in the room.
Can come with Bed sheets and duck feather duvet, if need it.

The flat is very spacious and very bright. It is divided in 2 floors; main floor have separate kitchen with sunny terrasse and bbq.
Living room included dining table , tv, piano, ...
the kitchen is fully equipped with laundry, coffee machine, fridge...
I am happy let you play the piano and learn new you skills.

The second floor have the two en-suite bedrooms. One for me and for you.

The apartment is located next to Marylebone hight Street and bond street. Right in between Regent Park and Hight Park.

There is Waitrose up the street (3 minutes walk) and a Mark and Spencer ( 6 minutes walk)

About me, i am a young professional architect currently on site in Belgium. I am from Belgium, French speaker side. I enjoy playing piano, learning new skills (coding, yoga, ...). When I am at home I like spending time on the terrasse doing some grading and reading.
