The flat is a 1 minute walk from a bus stop, 5-10 walk from Edgware Road and Marylebone stations. 20 minute walking distance to Marble Arch, Oxford Street, Hyde Park and Regents Park. Lots of supermarkets and shops for amenities nearby.

The flat is on two levels with separate open plan kitchen/living room that has a shared balcony (it's furnished and fully equipped). We are on the 4th floor of the building (unfortunately no lift, only stairs).

The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

We are 3 female, working professionals aged between late 20's and early 30's. Looking for a friendly, clean, tidy and a working professional to join the flat.

We each have a direct individual contract with the landlord (no agency and no fees). Minimum 6 months contract, no deposit, however 1 month rent in advance is required. References will be required by the landlord.
