Hey! If you're looking for a room in central London, look no further, this is the place!

We're looking for a male flatmate to join our beautiful 4-room apartment located less than a minute walk away from Edgware Road tube station (and 10 min walk from Paddington, Marble Arch and Baker Street)!

This lovely bedroom has a cosy double bed, and loads of storage with a dresser and an in-built wardrobe and bookshelf. You would be sharing a well-sized bathroom with two other clean flatmates.

The flat is well kept and has wooden floors with high ceilings. It is spacious enough that noise doesn't travel very far, and everybody can do their own thing without disturbing others. At the same time, there is a bright and sunny living room to hang out in together which has 2 sofas, a large coffee table and a TV!

There is also a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher!) with a 6-seater dining table. If you enjoy cooking, you won't find a flat with a bigger kitchen!

The apartment is kept clean and tidy and we share the cost of a cleaner who comes on a fortnightly basis to do the shared areas. Everybody does a great job of maintaining the flat and generally being respectful of the shared space :)

It is very conveniently located with an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets (Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury's) plus great transport links as it's less than 30 seconds walk to Edgware Road tube station and lots of day/night bus routes. We're also 15 mins walk from both Hyde Park and Regent's Park!

About the flatmates:
Three friendly professionals (1 Irish girl, 1 German girl and 1 Dutch guy) who work around 9-7 during the week. We enjoy cooking house dinners, exploring London, chilling in our nearby parks and going for drinks at the weekend. We're looking for somebody who will fit in with our friendly, social atmosphere!
