A pretty nice room in Lisson Grove

Comfortable double bedroom around the corner from Marylebone station.
Just across from Irene's bakery, a short walk to M&S and bit further to Waitrose. They do have good deals, so if you're not used to them don't worry you'll be okay. Plus the aisles are super wide so you can like, take your time or whatever.

Flats pretty great. Lovely bones. One feature is Noah the Giant Schnauzer will follow you everywhere once I'm out the door and nap inconveniently on your feet. I'm at the studio most days and Saul works 5 days at the office but is away all of March and is quiet enough that you may not see him until mood depending, possibly May.

All bills included. There's full fibre (super extra fast, although i don't notice the difference because i need a new laptop) broadband.

Nice things in the area, Regents park.. Regents parks tennis. Regents parks cafes in the summer. Crazy cheap falafels and Lebanese food to the west and supposedly some of the best fish and chips just east.
Paddington basin for outdoor cinema in the summer. Marylebone farmers market on a Sunday all year round which is excellent.
