About Me:
I’m Lucy, a friendly professional who enjoys dining out in Marylebone and Mayfair, catching up over a glass of wine and keeping a comfortable, tidy home. I have an interest in tennis, horse riding, wine tasting, and fashion. I use the Virgin Active flagship gym in Mayfair it’s only a 10-minute walk and has great facilities and plenty of class including Reformer Pilates. I’m sociable but also happy to give space, so the flat feels relaxed and respectful for both of us.

Looking For:
A considerate, tidy professional who values a calm, well-kept home and is ideally able to move in by / from February/March. This is a long-term let, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable committing for the duration of the tenancy.

Please note that the tenancy is subject to standard agency referencing. Applicants will need to demonstrate sufficient income to meet affordability checks (including a minimum annual income of £41,000, be in permanent full-time employment or on a fixed-term contract extending beyond April 2027, and not be within a probation period. Right to Rent checks will apply. If a guarantor is required, they must be UK-based and meet the agency’s income criteria.
