The location is excellent. Located on the boundary between St John's Wood and Maida Vale, it's close to Edgware Road tube with Warwick Avenue, Paddington and Baker Street a further 10 minute walk away. Regent's Park, Little Venice and the West End are also all nearby so its handy for getting to work or going out.

The flat is spacious and bright and has just been renovated to include a new bathroom. Each room has new beds and the flat comes with new appliances. Although there's no living room there's a large kitchen/diner and plenty of space overall. The room has a large double bed, a cupboard, chest of drawers, desk and a sofa.

Some bills except electricity are included (water, hot water & heating). Electricity is roughly £10 per month each.

There's plenty of storage, enough to store a couple of bicycles and a dedicated laundry area.
