Spacious, bright room in Marylebone

As one of us is moving out in October, we are looking for a new tenant for a bright room in a lovely flat on Marylebone / Marble Arch.

The spacious room comes fully furnished, has great natural light, ample storage space and wooden floors. The flat itself features a living room when entering, as well as a clean, spacious bathroom and fully stocked kitchen.

The building is located right by Marble Arch, a 10 min walk away from Marylebone Highstreet and Mayfair, 2 minutes from Hyde Park, and 2 minutes from the Marble Arch Tube Station. The building further features a concierge and a super helpful maintenance service in case of anything.

The other roommate, Yannick, is 26 years old, originally from Germany, works in finance, and is very much interested in sports (esp. American and regular football).
