Looking for a peaceful home in one of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods? We’re offering a lovely double bedroom in a cosy Marylebone flat—just minutes walking distance from Hyde & Regent’s Park, Baker Street station, and some of the city’s best cafés, boutiques, and brunch spots! We feel incredibly lucky to get to live in such a beautiful part of the city!

Currently in the flat there are two of us - we are both working professionals (working in Finance & Marketing). A bit about us… we have both lived abroad, we are British/American & French/Spanish, we love food, exercise and have different hobbies! We both have busy days so it’s nice to catch up after a long day but also respect each others quiet time.

We both value a clean, quiet, and tidy space. We have early starts so would want to avoid any noise late at night and of course guests are welcome, but we rarely host big parties as the building is quite quiet. In addition, no smoking/vaping is permitted and unfortunately no pets allowed either!

We’re hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle—respectful, easy-going, and happy to keep things calm and comfortable.
