THE FLAT
The room is very spacious, which compensates for the lack of living room space. There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet. The flat is on the ground floor and the bedroom windows face a public garden, which makes for nice views.
Bills equal roughly £110 per person monthly in winter and £90 in summer.
LOCATION
The location is great, the flat is a 5 min walk from both Marylebone station and Edgware rd station and a 15 min walk from Baker st and Paddington. Regent’s Park is only a 15 min walk.
Tesco and Sainsbury’s within a 5 min walk and Waitrose and Aldi within a 12 min walk. Also plenty of butchers and independent Middle Eastern groceries on Edgware road, which I really enjoy.
