Looking for a friendly, tidy and easygoing flatmate to take over my lovely double room in the heart of Marylebone (W1H 2NL).

**The Room**
A large double bedroom with plenty of natural light. The room comes unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it your own and you also have the option to purchase the current bed and mattress from the outgoing flatmate if helptul.

**The Flat**
The flat is clean andwell-maintained.
Including a space for a living room with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials and 1.5 bathrooms. There is also a lift and a concierge working in the building 9-5 Mon-Fri to accept any deliveries, etc. It's a relaxed home - somewhere we can enjoy a chat over dinner while also respecting each other's space.

Right in Marylebone, extremely well connected with just a short walk (5-10mins) to several stations (1) Baker Street (2) Marleybone (3)
Marble arch station (4) Edgware road (5)
Paddington station (~20mins walk) as well as having Regent's Park, Hyde park, and Marylebone High Street all very nearby. Surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, pubs and local shops — everything you need on your doorstep

**About You**
We're ideally looking for a professional (23-35) who's considerate, clean and sociable but independent. Someone who treats the flat like a home and contributes to a friendly, easygoing atmosphere
