It sits on the first level (but is set high above the street), giving privacy as well as a pleasant open feel.

The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment, ensuring plenty of personal space. Further we each have our own bathroom. The available room is fully furnished and ideal for someone who appreciates comfort, design, and a peaceful environment.

You’ll be sharing with a 29‑year‑old German professional who loves design, fashion, and cooking. She's the founder of a real estate development firm and looking for a tidy, considerate flatmate to move in soon.
