Nutford House Intercollegiate Accommodation, in Marylebone. Ideal location, 5 minutes walk to either Edgeware Road or Marble Arch tube stations. Just off Edgeware Road, next to Hyde Park and Baker Street.
It is catered, with cooking facilities too. Great breakfast and supper included in price.
Large, lovely, light room, bathroom just opposite. Large basin in room.
On second floor (stairs and lift) of beautiful 1915 building with large garden.
Washing machine and tumble dryer downstairs, as well as large common space with piano, sofas and large desks, and another smaller one with TV and more socialising/relaxing/work space. Also a large computer room. Wifi downstairs, ethernet cables in room, plus phone.
Really great and diverse bunch of 18-25ish year-olds, really great mix of ages, undergraduates and postgrads, totally international. In one building, there are nearly 200 students, but is very pleasantly calm and quiet. Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
£180 per week, available from now!
£500 deposit. Contract runs until 13th June, extension possible thereafter.
