Very large master bedroom in a houseshare in W1

We're looking for a friendly, tidy, sociable, and considerate professional female or male to replace me in our house share.

I'm female and my 2 flatmates are both male and Christian. We're a friendly house and spend some times together, as well as having our own lives. We'll have occasional parties but we're not a party house.

I'm sadly moving out after almost 11 years of living in the house and we're looking for someone who can move in around mid-May 2017, although this date is flexible.

The lease was renewed for 3 years in March 2016 and there is a break option in September 2017 and March 2018. The lease expires February 2019.

The bedroom on offer is the master bedroom and is on the top floor. It's a very large and beautiful room. The furniture in it is mine and I am happy to discuss options for leaving some of it behind for a modest fee, if required. The bedroom overlooks the larger shared garden and our patio garden which is populated with some lovely flowers and it is very quiet and peaceful and great for BBQs in the summer.

There is bathroom (toilet and sink) on the ground floor, a bathroom with bath/shower, a dining room with large table and 8 chairs, a large shared living room with Sky TV and unlimited broadband, a large kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchen table and a chairs.

There is a lovely patio garden with BBQ which gets the sun daily between 12pm and 4pm and we enjoy sitting outside on the warmer days having breakfast or having friends round. Our patio garden overlooks a larger shared garden with a pond, which has a couple of large fish and some ducks.

The location is amazing - 5 mins walk from Oxford Circus and Bond Street tube stations. Marylebone High Street is a 5 minute walk away. Regent's Park is also 7 mins walk.

We have a weekly cleaner costing £33 per week, which we take in turns to pay.
