An Easy-to-Love Room in a Spacious Mayfair Flat

Hey, there. If you noticed this listing disappearing, it has something to do with the Renter’s Rights Act, so now, before my flatmate returns, I’m looking to fill the room.

The flat is pretty likeable itself, and it’ll appeal to you without a lot of description if you are like me and enjoy living close to *everything*. The ceilings are high, the staircase is weird, the neighbourhood is lively in the evenings, and the bedroom faces the street, so you would have to be okay with a degree of London street noise. You’ve got heavy blinds and curtains to drown things out.

You should be up for recycling paper, plastic and food (even allowing for recycling’s shortfalls), and you can come by to get a sense of the place whenever you like. I’m often home.

If you’re not from London, we’re around the corner from the Connaught and Claridges, and so while you’ll may find this costing a lot, for Mayfair it’s not easy to find something this ‘affordable’.
