We’re looking for a friendly, professional couple to join our home in Morden/South Merton.

You’ll have two of the three bedrooms: one bedroom for yourselves and a second room that could be used as a home office, dressing room or guest room. We’ll keep our own bedroom, but we travel frequently and are often away, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and will often have the flat to yourselves.

The flat is clean and spacious, with a large lounge, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, parking and bicycle storage.

There are also three large parks nearby, along with a gym, cafés and independent shops.

We’re looking for a clean, considerate and easy-going professional couple in their 30s who will treat the flat as their home. This would suit people who value space and independence but are also comfortable with a relaxed lodger arrangement when we are home.
