Your room will be a spacious double en-suite. Top floor ( fully furnished loft conversion) with windows on both sides.

If you are in to green spaces. This area have plenty to offer.
A lovely park just across the road with tennis courts (free of charge) and many more parks available nearby which proven ideal for woodland walks.
If you are in to gym, David Loyd and other smaller, more affordable choice gyms only short walking distance from the house

In regards to the location.
Ryanes Park, Wimbledon Chase, South Wimbledon, Wimbledon also Morden stations are near by, which will suit London comuters perfecty. (if you are one of them)

We are looking for a positive, friendly, down to earth, considerate, tidy non smoker nor a heavy drinker. Please.
