Two fully furnished doubles for females in SW20

Hi everyone. We have two double rooms available in a recently renovated 5 bedroom house.

We are looking for one or two more females to share a larger double room. For a roomshare the price will be £1100 including all bills. For one person the price will be £950 including bills.

The second double room is a bit smaller, available for one female only. All bills included.

The rooms are spacious with generously sized wardrobes.

The larger room has a big patio window and two single beds. The smaller one has one double bed. Both rooms have door locks. Both rooms are on the top floor and there will be one shower room on that floor to share with another female. So it's "almost" en-suite.

The kitchen/dining area is huge and very well-equipped.

The house itself is in a very safe quiet area, 6 minutes walk from South Merton train station (Thameslink service), 15 minutes walk from Morden Station (Northern line) and 20 minutes walk from Wimbledon station (District line). The bus stop is 3 minutes away and takes you to all the abovementioned stations. There are 3 parks less than 10 minutes walk from the house. A small Sainsbury is 5 minutes walk away and bigger supermarkets are 15 minutes walk away.

Currently there are 1 female and 1 male (a couple) living in the house. The male is a professional (working in a bank) usually is either abroad or in the office.
