Double room and separate office room

Hi there

We're a household of two easy going South African guys, all working professionals. We have a double room and separate office/studio/gym room coming up for rent in our house in SW19 middle of June.

This is room comes with a king-size bed and three large cupboards. Also are two bedside tables.

The room and the office are west facing and on the 1st floor of the double storey house with a shared shower/bath and a separate toilet. Two other bedrooms are on this floor.

The office room is for you to use as you choose and is unfurnished. You could also use it for a studio or gym area.

The ground floor has a good size kitchen, with three fridges (two of the fridge/freezers are occupied and the third is for you), dishwasher and washing machine, air fryer and double door oven and a four-plate stove, kettle/toaster, microwave etc.

We have a large lounge with three couches and large TV (surround sound 👌🏼) and leads onto the back patio for summer BBQ/braais, beers, wine and an outside table and a big garden.

Bills are included and split 3 ways. Storage in the attic and an outside shed for a couple of things.

Ideally, you are also South African for commonality, braais and good vibes but we are not a party house for a thousand people.

Zero tolerance for drug users.

The room would suit someone who is good humoured and mentally stable, not rude or aggressive and employed and looking to make some new friends and can handle our sense of humour. We're sociable and get along and we also respect each others privacy. A halfling stays a few nights of a week.

No couples as this would crowd the house.
Either a male or a female are welcome.

Bills included are water, gas, electricity, council tax, a cleaner once a week and cleaning/household products.
