Light and spacious double room to rent in a quaint 3 bed terrace house in Wimbledon.

I'm moving out of my room after a few years. I live with 2 lovely professional housemates. It's a really friendly household; we often sit around watching TV together or chatting.

The house is fully furnished with a pleasant garden and located close to Wimbledon, Wimbledon Chase, Raynes Park and Wimbledon Common and has good transport links to central London.

Rent is £662.50 plus bills which are roughly £200 per month, but generally lower during the summer months.

The room is available from September 22nd but there is some flexibility about the move in date.

We rent through an agency who will need to carry out the usual checks.

The deposit for the room is £577.
