A have a very nice furnished double room in the attic in a terrace house, which has 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower. Ground floor consists of a lounge, dinning room, kitchen ,toilet, patio and a long garden. I have a drive way but only for guests. I am a live in landlord. I am friendly, happy, domesticated and considerate person who also wants to feel comfortable with tenants who like to keep everything organised and clean. Colliers Wood station is 5 min , buses run every ten minutes. St. Georges hospital is 15 mins walk. No overnight guests allowed. You can feel safe in my house it’s important for me and others. A home with a family atmosphere. I do consider others privacy too. At the moment i have a student who has been with me for 4 years studying for her PHD.
