1 toilet + 1 full bathroom (with bath AND shower), super fast 100Mb broadband, large kitchen with living room, 2 comfy sofas and a 40" TV.
No couples (5 people in the house - including you).
Smoking in the garden only.
The room is much bigger than it looks in the photo and it's a must-see!!
