I have 2 double bedrooms available in a spacious split-level flat-share just a minute off Mile End Park. The place is less than a 10-minute walk from the Central and District lines on the Mile End tube, and a 20-minute walk to Victoria Park on the canal.

They are both double and the same size, located on the 1st floor of the flat.
Room 1 - subletting my own room as I am moving to Cambridge for 1 year master's programme. The max period is 10 months, available from Sep.
Room 2 - min 6 months, no max period, available from Sep or even earlier on

The flat is split-level, with 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies (one overseeing the inner courtyard), a separate bathroom and toilet, and a well-sized separate living room & separate kitchen. It's very bright and spacious and both bedrooms are quite big and the same size. It's fully furnished in art-deco style and ready to move in.

Room 1: It's a 1-year contract only, as I am off to Cambridge for post-grad studies 📚
