Spacious double bedroom in prime location

Looking for someone who is in need of a Double Bed-room to share my flat, you will have access to the majority of the flat including Bedroom, Kitchen and Bathroom and also a big storage room if needed which will all be predominantly for your use. The room is very spacious and quite rare for the area, currently has a double bed with a new expensive firm mattress, drawers, dressing table, clothes rail and desk. There is a big storage room where you can store things like suitcases, big boxes and even a bike. The kitchen is also very spacious and comes fully equipped, including a table and two chairs.

Utility and ultrafast fibre broadband costs are covered. I only occupy the front room(living room) as I've made it into an office for work and living purposes, but only use it during work hours and very rare stay over night. Its yours to enjoy when I’m not in.

Would prefer a young professional like myself or a student/s who are ok to share. As this will only be temporary available, max. 1 year depending on circumstances. Ideally looking for a short term of 4months, but this may change and I’m flexible depending on your situation. Looking for someone who can take care of my flat like if it were their own as i plan to move back in permanently soon.

The flat is in a great location, really quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood. 5 mins walk to both Mile End Station and Bow Road Station. 10 mins to Bow Church DLR. Also multiple buses available, as just off Bow Road. 2 stops to Liverpool St, 20 mins to Oxford Circus via central line. 15mins walk to Queen Mary University Campus. Also right beside historical TH Cemetery Park. Where people go for walks and jogs.

A bit about me:
I was born and raised in the area and graduated from Queen Mary University too. I'm now a Software Engineer by profession and will be available once in a while to show you around the city if you would like. Not really a party person so would prefer someone quiet and tidy, like myself. Also if you like going to the gym or training regularly id love to be your training buddy :). Asides from that I'm just really busy so you probably wont see much of me, and will have your own space.
