One room in amazing Mile End house

Hey there,

We are on the hunt for a likeminded, laidback and friendly female flattie to complete this lovely Mile End houseshare.

Located on a well-preserved Georgian square in Tower Hamlets near Victoria park (thanks for the description Wikipedia!)

The room is furnished with all the basics incl. a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, desk AND the added quirk of a SINK which is definitely an added feature you won't find in many other places!

The house gets tons of light, there's a beautiful, grassy square out front that we like to make lot of use out of (e. g. get your tan on / picnic / have a bevvy). Lots of great local pubs nearby, as well as Tesco, Co-op in short walking distance and others a little further on. One bathroom and one separate toilet and a very big lounge.

The location is AMAZING, Mile End Station is less than 5min walk away, lots of local buses are also available to take you into the city and the lovely Victoria Park is a 15min walk away.

The landlord is great and there's a super friendly handyman who is around to fix any problems. Room is available from mid April .

Looking for a friendly, social flat that feels like a home. We like to have drinks and snacks in the lounge after work, but I also have a busy social life :)

Bills roughly £150 a month.

Not suitable for couples, families or students sorry!
