The flat is a 8 minute walk from Victoria park, 3 minute walk to Mile End park, and 2 minute walk to Tredegar square. Perfect if you love running and green spaces.

The pubs around here are unreal, especially the Lord Tredegar and Morgan Arms. Both within a 1-2 minute walk. Roman Road is also a vibe, with lots of great places to eat, and lovely independent shops, while also having affordable supermarkets at the other end!

The location of this flat is ideal. It’s a 6 min walk to Mile End station and 7 min walk to Bow Station which means easy access to central line, Hammersmith and city and district lines across London. It is also a 10 min walk to the DLR and Bow Road Station.

Bills are included and will not go up during winter, they include: WiFi, water, gas heating, toilet roll subscription, council tax etc
