Looking for a new housemate in our lovely queer, lefty home in Bow as one of us is moving to Paris in the new year

7 minute walk to Mile End stn and 10 mins to Victoria Park, right next to Mile End Park too

We're in our late twenties - mid thirties, with a communal ethos to the house. Looking for someone to fit into the friendly atmosphere

Preferably looking for a woman / non binary person that balances the energy well

The room is a double, it comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe, Kiri is looking to sell some fairly new ikea furniture if you're interested

We have 2 bathrooms, a lovely garden, shared living room and kitchen.

Accessibility: It's a 2 storey Victorian terraced house, 3 steps to the front door, and a flight of stairs to the bedroom on the 1st floor

Pcm: The rent is £880 and £914 incl council tax, band E. Bills come to around £80-100 a month.
