This is a 3 double bedroom flat on the ground floor of an apartment building. Being on the ground floor, it benefits from a private outdoor area/patio.
The flat will come partly furnished. Appliances are included. Beds, sofa, and other furniture items can also stay, but we’re happy to discuss this depending on your needs.
Amazing location — a 12-minute walk from Mile End station (with a similar walking distance to Devons Road). There’s a convenience store 30 seconds away, and a supermarket also close by.
Rent: £2,898 per month. Bills on average £86 pp.
The larger rooms currently pay £1,004 each, with the smaller room paying £890. This can of course be divided differently amongst yourselves as you prefer.
We’re looking for a group of three and are not filling individual rooms at this stage, as we’re keen to ensure a smooth transition with the letting agency, ready for move-in in late February.
