The room is a well laid-out double room. It has 2x in-built wardrobes, so plenty of storage space for clothes and possessions. The room is provided with a sizeable desk and a chair for home working. Broadband is included and has recently been upgraded.

The room is east-facing so enjoys morning sunshine from spring to autumn (weather permitting!)

The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space. The refrigerator has recently been upgraded, again offering plenty of food storage.

The existing housemates are all professionals and friendly, welcoming and chilled. They are looking for someone similar.

The room is available from June.

A cleaner is organized to come every 2 weeks to clean the common areas – this is the only cost that is not included in the listed price and comes to £8.50 every two weeks.

Note that the contract (and preference for length of occupation) for the flat will be for 12 months however, given the new legislation around renting coming in May, there is flexibility for shorter if needed.
