Hi! 👋🏻 I’m 31 and looking for a new flatmate (male or female) as my current one has just been offered a job in China and is (sadly😔) moving out. It’s a really lovely space to live in – lots of light, proper outdoor space and great views across London. The flat feels huge for two people and the terrace is epic! Close to everything East London (especially via lime bikes) and canal access all around the flat.

I’m easygoing, clean and respectful of shared space. I like a balance – happy doing my own thing but also up for a chat, dinner or a drink now and then. Looking for someone similar: clean, tidy, considerate and generally easy to live with. Dinner parties or sociable settings on the terrace is welcome. Turntable and vinyl collection if you’re into music.
