Hello girls!

✨️Move in date: June 8th

🌿 The area: Victoria Park, loads of canal walks, climbing wall/sauna and nice pubs 5min walk away. Stone throw from Roman Road and loads of cute cafes and shops
🛒 Stores: 2 Lidls 8min bus/25min walk away, Tesco and Sainsbury's 10min away
🚆 Transport: Central, District, Hammersmith and City line, and loads of bus routes
🐇 You will be living with a rabbit! (More below)

The room and flat:
The room is good-size, with a large window, a double bed, a big chest of drawers, bedside table and lots of floor space. The rest of the flat is super cosy, a proper girls flat, with the best housemates. We have a kitchen/living area, downstairs loo, upstairs bathroom. The bedroom is on the second floor with the main bathroom.

The vibe:
The flat is super tidy, we don’t have a rota, but we all chip in and clean as we go. We often have a monthly communal meal where we cook and bake something, and enjoy some drinks.
Everyone has their own lives going on, but we like to try and be social when we can and everyone's always super up for a chat or hang out in the communal area.

Who you'll be living with:
🧚‍♀️Abbie - graphic designer, super kind, artsy, friendly and the proud owner of Ginger the rabbit who lives only in her room (not in communal areas)

🎨 Ananya - assistant producer working in film/documentaries. She’s the resident hobby queen and excellent baker

⭐️ Iram - child therapist, amazing chef and tea maker. She loves cooking and hosting, art, and music

About you!
Ideally we’d like someone aged 28+ and a working professional. Someone who has their own hobbies but wants to take part in the family, sharing vibe of the flat. We are also after someone super clean and tidy. Ideally would prefer someone pescatarian/veggie/vegan but not a deal-breaker!

If this sounds like you please drop me a message telling me a little bit about yourself, so we can get in some viewing dates for you to see the flat and meet everyone 😊
