Zone 2 open plan flat with garden

Looking for a new flatmate to join a lovely, relaxed home in Mile End — just 3 mins from Mile End station and 10 mins from Victoria Park.

The flat is open-plan, bright and spacious, with both a front terrace and a back garden with comfy outdoor furniture — perfect for summer hangs, working outside, or just chilling in the sun.

The room:
The room has great built-in storage and can be set up as either a double or single, depending on what you’d prefer. There’s currently a bed in there, but I’m happy to remove it so you can make the space your own. It’s the smaller room in the flat, but you’ll have access to loads of shared amenities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of shared living space.

The current tenant is still moving out, so I don’t have the best photos of the room just yet, but hopefully this gives a good sense of the space.

The home:
The kitchen, bathroom and lounge are all shared, easy-going spaces — usually with good music on and a really nice atmosphere for WFH, relaxing, or hanging out.

A little about me:
I’m 28 and work in events, so I’m often out and about. I love travelling, music, nights out, but also really value downtime and keeping home feeling calm and comfortable.

The pets:
You’d also be living with 2 lovely cats and one very sweet dog, so being comfortable with animals is a must.

Looking for:
Someone easy-going, clean, respectful and like-minded who’s happy to be part of a little home clan rather than just renting a room. Would love someone social but who also appreciates their own space and downtime.
