Single Room in Mile End (£600 per month)

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a flatmate (no couples) who can join us soon.

The property is located near Mile End station. This area is incredibly well connected; there are a few supermarkets nearby (i. e. Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Co-op) as well as small shops on both sides of the building; there is a sporting centre, a lovely walk by Regent's Canal, and a few green areas for your spare time.

The room is furnished with a single bed, two wardrobes, a desk, and a chair.

All the bills are included in the rent; your cut per month is going to be £600.

We are looking for a polite, very clean, proactive, respectful, and - especially - not noisy person. Our tenancy agreement does not allow smoking/vaping or (unfortunately) pets.

All the rooms are not well insulated from sound. We try to make life easy for each other by not making noise or throwing any parties or letting partners stay for the night. The room is not for couples. We are looking for someone who does not work at night since the noise will disrupt others' sleep and have a knock-on effect on their well-being. We share some duties such as deep cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms, buying household products, etc. and they are non-negotiable.

The property is a two-story building; the room is on the first floor, and there is a toilet on each floor. This means you'll be sharing a toilet with only another person —the flatmate who live on the first floor.
