Beautiful Room Available in a Friendly Shared House – Mile End

A beautiful double room is becoming available in our shared house in Mile End.

The room comes furnished with a double ottoman bed with generous under-bed storage and a large built-in wardrobe. It overlooks our courtyard and surrounding trees, making it a particularly peaceful and relaxing space. The house is located on a quiet dead-end road and backs onto a large woodland area, so despite being well connected, it feels calm and secluded.

The room shares a bathroom with two other housemates, as two of the five tenants have their own en-suite bathrooms.

The house has a large kitchen-diner where we sometimes cook, eat and socialise together, while still being spacious enough that everyone can enjoy their own space when they want to. We also have a lovely courtyard with outdoor lighting, a heater and a BBQ – perfect for summer evenings.

We're a sociable house and enjoy spending time together from time to time, but there's absolutely no pressure to join in. Everyone values their own space and independence too. We come from a mix of creative and professional backgrounds, including film, events and design.

One thing to note is that the room is probably best suited to someone who has access to an office or works away from home regularly, as it's a little tight for a desk setup.

We take pride in keeping the house very clean and tidy. We have a professional cleaner once a month, which is included in the bills, along with council tax.

We're looking for someone mature, respectful, clean and considerate. Most importantly, we'd love to find someone kind, fun and easy to live with.
